We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join team! This person will support Jukin's CEO and COO as well as managing the Office Assistants and support the day-to-day operations of Jukin.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the CEO and COO's calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and calls.
-Arrange travel for the CEO and COO creating itineraries for both domestic & international travel.
-Act as the liaison between executives and departments/employees.
-Assist with company correspondence (i.e. company-wide emails, process office/employee requests and needs).
-Manage the team of Office Assistants; delegate and assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure maximum productivity of the team.
-Work with external vendors, managing contracts and price negotiations when appropriate.
-Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide events.
-Handle occasional personal assistant duties for the CEO.
Minimum Qualifications:
-5+ years of desk experience
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks
-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
-Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
-Extensive knowledge of Google Suite including Google Calendar and Google Docs
-Contribute to the energetic and fun culture of our team, while remaining professional
Preferred qualifications:
-Entertainment/Media/Talent Agency experience
-Prior experience working with external vendors and facilities operations
-Prior personnel management experience
