The John Gore Organization (subs: Broadway Across America, Broadway.com, Group Sales Box Office, The Broadway Channel) is seeking a well-organized individual to join the Human Resources team. The HR Analyst will be a key member of the HR team collaborating on day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment function including maintaining internal and external job boards, placing candidates into background check, onboarding, timely e-verify submissions and recruitment expense management.
Handle all HR administrative duties including but not limited to preparing new hire packages, employment verifications and unemployment claims.
Ensure new hire and administrative tasks are completed on time and that the new hire experience is seamless and positive.
Utilize multiple platforms to support data management, such as our HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems. Process all applicable personnel status notices and updates into ADP WorkforceNow.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including our HR Manager, Vice President of HR, and Finance team members to ensure all transactions are processed accurately by key deadlines.
Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure data is moving between the HRIS Systems under the documented process for audit controls with our Payroll team.
Schedule, design and execute standard and ad-hoc reports and HR metrics.
Continuously research, review, compile and analyze employee data.
Ensure compliance across the entire organization by updating labor posters and onboarding paperwork.
Liaise with IT department on creating and terminating accounts.
Support HR team with the planning, communicating & tracking of company-wide initiatives and objectives, including open enrollment, Take Your Child to Work Day and other culture-boosting events.
Computer skills:
Applicant should be experienced with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Applicant should also be familiar with ADP WorkforceNow and/or Greenhouse.
Preferred Skill Set:
Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize required work
Ability to meet deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel (for example: vlookup, pivot tables, text and date functions)
Previous experience working in a role that requires high level of confidentiality
Experience supporting HRIS
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with data processing and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Efficient online researcher
Systems savvy
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years' experience
Knowledge of HR business processes
