Boutique talent management company looking to add an additional assistant who could train on a part-time basis. Would start work with a 4 hr day scheduled. Ideal candidate would be interested in representation of film/tv actors and would have superior communication skills/phone manners, excellent writing and problem-solving skills, and be well-organized and detail-oriented. Current responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating client appointments, and some script coverage and project tracking. Responsibilities may expand at some point to include phones, submitting clients for roles on Breakdown Services, etc. Must be MS Office proficient; Mac proficiency is a plus. Recent college graduates and interns may apply and 75+ wpm typing skills and ability to take dictation are required as this is a fast-paced work environment. Previous desk experience is preferred. This is an opportunity to learn from a top-level executive with over 25 years of entertainment industry experience. At some point in the future, position could become full-time; however, will work remotely for the foreseeable future.
