''Hands-On'' Art Director

WWE has an exciting opportunity for an Art Director to join our In-House Creative Services team in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities:

* Work directly with Creative Director, Copywriters, and other Designers to develop Consumer Product creative from concept to completion
* Ability to think, react, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Explore/develop/produce print creative appropriate to WWE's consumer market
* Fluent in all types of design techniques, vector graphic, typographic layout, photographic composition, and logo development
* Present creative ideas with strength and conviction while remaining open to direction
* Collaborate with production, ensuring proper finished product results
* Strong communication skills to excel in a collaborative work environment
* Keep current with WWE programs, characters, storylines, and products

Qualifications:


* 7+ years of related experience as a Designer/Illustrator/Art Director including experience with consumer products, packaging, and merchandise
* Strong portfolio exhibiting concept and design with a focus on logo development and type skills
* Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, and proficient in InDesign
* Conceptual thinker
* Proactive team player and problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Knowledge of all phases of production
* Able to work a flexible schedule/overtime as needed
* Bachelor degree in related field of study preferred
