Associate Creative Director

Our Associate Creative Director will lead our creative team to create / design innovative digital experiences for mobile, web and video. Our ACD will be the key contributor to the creative direction of our projects. We're looking for someone who's a natural, authoritative communicator with an inside line on design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. This position also plays an active role in shaping the new opportunities for the company along with ensuring excellence on current projects.

Primary Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and execute leading relationships between design, UI/UX and technology
• Manage, mentor and motivate, a growing team of Designers and Interactive Designers
• Work closely with Sr. Management on creative direction and digital strategy to define best practices for the creative team
• Stay abreast of innovations and trends in the digital space including mobile, design, online/mobile shopping, technology, and social media
• Apply leading edge creative thinking and design in relation with standards and principles

Required Skills and Experience
• Must have 5+ years of industry experience
• Extensive experience in the digital landscape with design, UI/UX, interactive design & video
• Experience working for creative agency or brand in a management capacity
• Entrepreneurial drive with an understanding of how to combine business and creative
• Rock solid working knowledge of design applications: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Working knowledge of motion and 3D applications. After Effects, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Zbrush
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms
• Working knowledge with HTML/HTML5 CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Ability to communicate ideas and creative concepts effectively (oral and written), work well in a team, use productive work methods, and display initiative and innovation on the job
• Strong organization with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet hard deadlines
• Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment
