Casting Coordinator

Casting Coordinator (Los Angeles Haunted Hayride) - Ten Thirty One Productions (TTO) is looking for an individual with the highest level of organization and work ethic possible to manage cast and casting for it's production, Los Angeles Haunted Hayride. Candidates should expect to take full responsibility of all items that pertain to the cast and work long hours throughout the entire month of October. Candidates will need to make this production their full priority for the month and be willing to deliver an outstanding level of quality in their performance. We are looking for candidates who are accustomed to being the best performer in every job, group or activity for which they've been involved. Candidates will need to be comfortable being on the phone often and constantly interacting with people. Candidates should also have a strong leadership presence and be confident in making decisions. There is a lot of room to grow with TTO if you're strong as nails, an activator, love horror, and don't take ''no'' for answer.

Reponsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Management of the pre-production casting call of 100+ actors,
Keeping all roles filled throughout the month long production through use of an extensive understudy roster and making an abundance of phone calls daily to keep roles filled
Maintain actor check-in and check-out records
Keep track, calculate and submit bi-weekly cast payroll
Faciliate and follow any cast workers comp claims
Distribute and collect cast employment forms
Collaborate with the rest of the team on the selection process, and any other related cast issues
All day to day cast management
Reports to Executive Producer

Position will start: Mid-July
Must Live in Los Angeles Area and have transportation
