Vice President, E-Commerce & Retail Marketing

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all e-commerce functions and manage staff

* Direct organizational effort to develop and manage e-commerce projects

* Provide leadership and guidance in the development of concepts, strategies, planning, implementation, and coordination of e-commerce marketing projects

* Drive strategy to favorably market WWE products and/or services to target audience

* Determine and maintain online assortment, pricing, promotions, and product presentation

* Develop and maintain e-commerce partnerships and alliances

* Leverage web-usage trend analysis to improve and/or add functionality

* Ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of website: feature merchandising, navigation, search functionality and product presentation

* Provide on-going tracking and analysis of customer on-site behavior through market and competitive analysis and review and measurement of site analytics

* Ultimately fulfill agreed-upon e-commerce business strategy and goals

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in the areas of retail eCommerce marketing, business development, and strategic planning

* Demonstrated understanding of internet vendors in the areas of site analytics, onsite search, email deployment, and site functionality

* 7+ years of management experience

* Proven track record of developing and implementing digital strategy relative to online retail marketing

* Strong understanding of analytics related software (Webtrends, Omniture, etc.).

* Willingness & availability to respond to urgent matters that may arise during peak web traffic (Typically live broadcasts on Mondays/Tuesdays and pay-per-views one Sunday per month)

* Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential.

* MBA Preferred
