Touring VIP Program Guide
CID is seeking a touring VIP Program Guide for a 52-week arena scale theatrical production. The candidate will represent CID Entertainment in assisting the VIP Program Coordinator in executing and managing a ticketed VIP program. In addition to production responsibilities, this individual will be tasked with leading daily VIP backstage tours, and would ideally have an acting background.
Start date: Mid-June -- initial commitment is a year, with long term potential. Compensation: Competitive weekly salary
Union Status: Non-Equity
NOTE: Candidates must have valid passport and no border issues.
On Tour Responsibilities:
Support VIP Program Coordinator in all aspects of program activation, to include:
Assist with advancing the VIP program on a venue-by-venue basis
Ensure all program elements are set up, run efficiently and broken down according to plan
Coordinating seamlessly with Tour Management/Production on daily basis
Coordinate, train, and manage local staff
Manage merchandise inventory/distribution
Wardrobe upkeep
Handle all on-site customer service issues and follow up
Interact with show cast
Develop a Steve Irwin-style tour guide character
Lead a post-show interactive tour, in character, of backstage show elements
Be the ''face'' of the VIP program
Qualities/Skills Required:
Previous touring experience required
Acting background preferred
Ability to lead a tour of up to 200, engage them in a high energy way, holding to script.
Must understand the dynamics of and work well with children/families
Must be technically minded and able to troubleshoot computer/printer technology
Ability to think on feet, and maintain order in an ever-changing environment
Must pass criminal background check
Road Commitment: We are ideally looking for someone to commit for a year-long contract. Days off, vacation, and holidays TBD.

The candidate should be very hard working, honest, and experienced with a ''whatever it takes'' attitude -- a team player who can adapt and adjust to any situation. Professionalism and presentation are a must, as the candidate will not only heavily interact with the public but with production staff as well.
