Relativity Media seeks a full-time Operations Coordinator for their Beverly Hills location.
Responsibilities:
o Pick up and delivery of inter-office mail several times daily
o Sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages, and prep outgoing mail and packages for shipment
o Maintain order and cleanliness in all common areas - lobby, kitchen, conference rooms, copy areas and supply rooms
o Keep kitchen, copy rooms and supply rooms stocked, and work with Operations team in maintaining inventory lists
o Perform Receptionist tasks and back-up Receptionist as needed
o Assist with special projects such as office moves, and perform facilities tasks as needed
o Other errands or clerical work as assigned
o Provide new employees with parking, access cards, room keys, furniture and supplies
o Provide current employees and departments at all locations with office, facilities, and kitchen supplies
o Respond daily to a variety of office requests and delegate to appropriate department i.e. IT, building management, office manager
o Record and track office expenses for budget comparison in Excel
Requirements:
o Must be 18 years of age or older
o High school diploma or GED required
o Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
o Prior intern or operations experience preferred
o Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Desired Skills:
o Ability to interact well with others, and work well alone or in a group setting
o Ability to take direction, pay attention to detail, and prioritize tasks
o Pleasant phone demeanor and good customer service skills
