Spectrum Intern- Summer 2012 (Production & Post-Production)

Sony Picture Entertainment's (SPE) Spectrum Internship Program is a competitive internship program that provides eligible interns with exposure to the operations of a major entertainment studio. During the internship, interns will gain insight into the inner workings of the business and industry dynamics. In addition, interns will work on project-based assignments for the sponsoring department and participate in development events that will enhance their overall internship experience. We are seeking undergraduate, graduate, and JD students interested in an internship in one of the six divisions of Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE):

Home Entertainment
Motion Pictures
Digital Productions
Television
Corporate Functions
Technologies

We have Production & Post-Production internship opportunities throughout the six divisions above. Within those divisions, specific Production & Post Production Internship opportunities may include the following departments:

Pre-Production
Development
Talent & Casting
Music
Physical Production
Post Production (Sound & Editing)
Acquisition

Required Skills:The Spectrum Internship Program's Summer session is a full-time, 40 hour/ week commitment lasting for an 8 week period from late June through mid August. All applicants must be in good academic standing.Experience Required:
Prior internship experience in related field strongly preferred
Junior, senior, or graduate-level standing student preferred
