Marketing Manager

Seeking innovative and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee operations on multi-platinum band fan club and online community, Available starting January 2012.

Responsibilities
• Point person for day to day operations of major artist fan club and online community
• Establish and maintain marketing strategies, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee all merchandise ideation, production, and inventory, and develop annual music products
• Coordinate concert presales and special events
• Work with digital team to maintain websites and manage digital community with web partners
• Maintain backend systems to analyze consumer data, monitor transaction, and develop unique sales incentives and promotions
• Work directly with designers and web development team
• Handle copywriting and editing for online and print projects
• Oversee fan club, artist street team, and other strategic marking campaigns while driving overall marketing strategy, promotions and initiatives to drive traffic, while increasing sales and engagement.
• Monitor customer support
• Liaise with artist management and record label on promotions and brainstorms

Requirements
• Must be an effective project manager who is innovative, creative, a problem solver, with strong leadership skills who demonstrates integrity
• Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet target goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems, social networking profiles, web savvy
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop preferred
• 3+ years of promotional/business/sales experience in the marketing, online and/or entertainment industry
