Part Time Assistant
West Hollywood based public relations and marketing company seeking detail-oriented individual to handle day-to day tasks as a part-time office assistant.
Ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of Printshop and/or Photoshop a plus. Interest in public relations and marketing would be beneficial.
Applicant must have strong organizational skills, proper phone etiquette, and most importantly PASSIONATE ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
Must live in or around the West Hollywood area.
Experience: 1-2 years of prior office experience preferred, but not required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or current college education required.
Position: Hourly, 20-25 hours a week.
Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining day-to-day office administration
-Answer phones, take messages, create press kits, research
-Frequently check and update websites and social media pages
-Must have reliable source of transportation, as bank and post office runs are required, as well as other miscellaneous errands.
-Must have an Mac laptop
