Staff Accountant

This is a Freelance Job

Responsible for ongoing accounting functions, including: monthly financial statements; accounts payable; general ledger; journal entries; bank statement and balance sheet account reconciliations; fixed assets, and variance analyses.
Assist to develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls and procedures, monitor compliance, provide year-end external audit documentation and support, and hire, train and supervise accounting staff.

Requirements:

• 4 or more years of related accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preffered
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting and controls in rapid growth environment is required.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment, and function on both detailed and strategic levels.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels are required.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the desire to take on increasing responsibility and grow with the company.
