Intern - Talent Wrangler/Photo Production Assistant

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

I am currently looking for an intern to start immediately two to three days a week. I book talent for high caliber fashion magazines and produce celebrity photo shoots for Art Commerce Photographers. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in entertainment, fashion, photography and social media. The selected candidate will have hands on experience with casting, publishing and photo production.

Key Responsibilities:

Celebrity research through IMDb and editorial outlets
Celebrity forecasting
Celebrity outreach
Maintain an ongoing document of upcoming film releases
Create one page talent visuals, outlining general information and film releases
Track tear sheets
Pre-production assistance for photo shoots (location scouting, callsheets, etc)
On set production assistance
Post-production assistance (invoices, etc)

Qualifications

Organized, detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
Energetic, fun, enthusiastic and dedicated
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
General knowledge in social media

This is a non-paid internship with room for growth and the possibility for hire.
