Digital Entertainment Executive

New and exciting digital media company is seeking a digital entertainment rockstar for a senior executive position. You will be responsible for driving and managing the integration of top tier brands into our web series and other digital entertainment content, as well as identifying and negotiating digital syndication and distribution deals with publishers and portals. You will be expected to leverage your existing network of relationships with agencies, brands, and publishers to secure sponsorships, product integrations, and distribution for our online video programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop brand integration and sponsorship opportunities for digital entertainment projects.
• Collaborate with creative team to identify and develop original content and match it to advertising buyer needs and brand marketing strategies.
• Pitch, negotiate and close sponsorship and branded integration deals.
• Oversee proper execution of campaigns.
• Evangelize the emerging power of branded digital entertainment.
• Source and negotiate distribution and syndication deals with publishers and portals.

Qualifications:

• Established relationships with ad agencies, brands, and publishers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a start-up environment
• Excellent knowledge of digital media space
• BA or equivalent is required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
