Coordinator, A&R Operations

Universal Music Group is currently seeking a Coordinator, A&R Operations for the New York, NY location.

Job Description:
A&R Operations support for VP of Operations & multiple departments as needed. A&R Operations Department acts as a liaison betwwen A&R and other internal departments.

•Maintain & update library of unreleased music.
•Coordinate studio sessions with VP of A&R Operations as well as retrieval of masters.
•Effiicient in focusing in meetings for backup in weekly meetings.
•Coordinate the production of promotional music with 3rd party vendors.
•Build and maintain relationships with studios.


Job Requirements:
-Attention to detail is a must.
-Excellent & professional communication skills.
-Abiliity to work under extreme deadlines in a very fast paced environment. Direction and change of direction will come at a moment's notice.
-Various admin duties.
-A&R language is a plus.
-Confidentiality required.
