Snail Games USA has a great opportunity for a Secretary looking for a creative and innovative environment to apply their skills! Ideal candidates will have game industry or related experience, extensive knowledge and a passion for the video game market. You must be able to relate to and communicate with ''gamers'' on their own level.
As an accomplished Secretary, you are the hub that guides communication to the studio. The perfect candidate will be able to manage schedules, prioritize and categorize correspondence, answer phones, take messages and meeting minutes, and project a professional demeanor. Critical Traits include teamwork, leadership and a dedication to excellence. You must be focused and comfortable in navigating the complexities of supporting staff with busy schedules, especially as it relates to the documentation and administration of needs, requests, and timelines. Additionally experience working with a Chinese company and the ability to speak/read Mandarin would be awesome, but not required.
= Responsibilities =
• Under general supervision, provides administrative and clerical support functions..
• Greet visitors and vendors.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Arrange & coordinate meetings & schedules.
• Prepare and submit travel and expense claims
• Prepare travel arrangements, including hotels/flight/accommodations
• Distribute meeting minutes and documents.
• Track Project expenditures and prepare reports.
• Order Office Supplies.
• Printer/fax/copier problems
• Develop filing systems as needed and file documents
• Provide document copying support
• Other duties, as assigned

• Ability to compose and type correspondence.
• Ability to handle confidential material.
• Ability to receive and make telephone calls and resolve questions as they arise.
• Ability to order and organize office supplies.
• Ability to meet client and management workload requirements
• Able to identify and solve problems creatively without guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a broad knowledge / familiarity with scheduling software.
• Highly Proficient with Excel.
