Immediate opening for intern at boutique entertainment public relations and marketing company located in West Hollywood. Selected candidate needs to have in-depth knowledge of all social networking sites and how to manage them. You will be working on several independent films with controversial subject matter and should be comfortable with this. The length of this internship requires a two to three month commitment, two days a week, five to six hours each day. Schedule/days to work are flexible. You will receive mileage/transportation reimbursement and/or a small daily stipend to cover lunch. MUST be a communication studies, journalism, or public relations major. Should understand how to write in AP style format and know how to draft a basic press release. Note: Owner/president of company works out of home office so you must be comfortable with that.
