Main Responsibilities
1. Synchronization Sales
• Creating and developing relationships with US advertising agencies, film and TV supervisors, broadcasters, independent music consultants, search companies, post-production houses and “selling” our catalogues (including classical, theatrical, standards and jazz, contemporary pop, rock, electronic) to them.
Providing clients with a complete music consultancy service to include copyright advice, music expertise and inspiration, clearance and fee information.
Translating our catalogues into a media friendly language
Presenting our catalogues as appropriate and applicable to media.
Being the go-to for the best in music in any genre.
Create opportunities to extend Imagem US’s client database through extensive networking.
• Taking music briefs and pitching Imagem catalogues for all media types.
• Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment; must be proactive and innovative in approach to exploitation of catalogues.
2. Line Manager
• Motivating the 5-member synchronization team to drive synch sales in the US, Canada and South America. Working with the team on all day to day synch questions & issues
• Shaping US synch budgets, projecting annual growth and developing sales and marketing strategy
Experience needed
• Extensive background in Sales; and/or
• Extensive background in Music Supervision for Advertising, Films and TV and/or the Record or Music Publishing Industry.
• Management experience required
• Synch experience preferred
