Founded in 2000, ishlab™ Music is a full-service music recording and production studio in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn, NY. Our team of dedicated DJs and engineers provides audio sensory services to enhance brand experiences for commercial clients. We are expanding our services to offer music programming and licensing under the name ishlab™ iD.
Position:
As we continue to expand and evolve, we are striving to maintain a niche brand, high-quality product, and premium customer experience. ishlab™ iD is expanding its sales division and is seeking ambitious, self-motivated and industrious sales professionals. The successful candidate will have a proven record of success in media/music, luxury goods, wealth management, hospitality or exclusive real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business executives in the hospitality sector, and successfully securing accounts with clients.
We are looking for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and who are comfortable working in a loosely structured, highly creative environment.

• Ability to identify high-level clients from large lists of leads
• Strong presentation skills to both small and large groups (20 — 100 people)
• Ability to formulate, present and implement selling plans
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Qualifications
Education: BA from a leading business school, with interest in music and knowledge of digital music programming.
Professional
• Minimum 1-2 years in media/music sales or minimum 3-4 years in sales/marketing for the hospitality sector (hotel, spa, restaurant).
• Proven measurable results from prior direct sales experience and demonstrated ability to successfully manage client relationships are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and team work skills and the ability to influence cross functional teams to achieve results are highly desired.
