We are closely linked to some of the industry's top casting offices and are looking for a responsible and experienced Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is for a PART-TIME position, with the possibility of becoming full-time if it is a right fit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide new and existing clients with excellent service
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms
- Manage client databases
- Serve as support for Full-Time Office Assistant
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary
