Summary:
This is a great opportunity to learn how television commercials get to your TV and be part of the team that will make this happen. The person in this position will handle administrative, sales support and tracking for our Account Executives and Sales Managers, working in conjunction with our Network Traffic and Accounting departments.
The Sales Coordinator position at JLTV (Jewish Life TV) is an entry level role that can get you on the path to an exciting career. Training on our software will be provided for the candidate who is detail oriented, computer literate, eager to learn and a team player.
We are JLTV, the premier 24/7 Jewish-themed TV network in the United States, one of the fastest growing television networks in the U.S. and CANADA. We are currently looking for talented and passionate people who want to grow with us.
Duties to Include:
Work closely and act as liaison with advertising and media agency counterparts, clients, and internal departments, including Traffic, Marketing, Accounting and Sales.
Respond to all client requests in a timely manner.
Execute all client orders insuring they are in compliance with client and station requirements.
Coordinate with Traffic Dept. all program and commercial changes and issue change notices to clients.
Send out and track invoices and review and understand A/R reports
Input sales orders in ProTrack system (you will be trained)
Reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and billing department.
Perform other tasks as directed by Manager.
Track entire process from receiving media buyer orders through payment of invoices
Requirements:
Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Word and Excel).
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a strong customer service orientation,.
Problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Detail oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Willing to work overtime on short notice
Must be 18 years or older
