Our JAMBOX Entertainment Studios Office and Administrative should be experienced with office/admin work, Apple computer and internet savvy, driven and motivated, able to keep things organized and focused.
Your main tasks will include scheduling staff and clients, receptionist..speaking to and booking prospective clients, filing, various office organizational tasks and office tasks.
A plus but not a necessity, participate with the marketing team, Social Media and online marketing, work with the creative department on images and advertisements, develop marketing strategies and plans, and present findings to company executives. A working knowledge and passion for all things music, media, and entertainment is a must! SM marketing, Website development, SEO, music skills a plus!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in the Music/Entertainment field
- Office work experience a must.
- Organization skills
- Must be able to work well solo and with a team
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines
