The Company is currently seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to be based out of our New York office, reporting to the Director, FP&A of ITV US. This role requires an individual who can adeptly manage multiple and shifting priorities. Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills are a must for success.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
• Responsible for preparation of monthly budget-to-actual management reports, assist key stakeholders to analyze and explain deviations, ensure recorded values are properly classified and publish monthly results to executive management
• Assist in developing monthly presentations that communicate the Company's financial goals, operating results, and risks & opportunities to the senior management team
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting and analysis activities including annual budget and periodic reforecasts, as well as monthly/quarterly deliverables
• Assist in preparing mid-year and year end analysis and requirements for UK Corporate finance group
• Partner with Director, FP&A and CFO to develop long range operating plans
• Maintain production portfolios across the companies/labels to track financial targets
• Review financial and operating results with management to ensure the Company and business units meet or exceed financial targets
• Assist the Director, FP&A in working capital analysis for the entire US business
• Perform headcount and FTE analysis across the entire US business
• Work with finance and senior management team on ad hoc projects as they arise
• Support Tax, Treasury, internal controls, month-end close, management reporting, external reporting, etc.
• Act as liaison between UK Corporate finance group and the acquired companies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA with specialization in Finance or Accounting preferred (CPA and/or MBA desired)
• 3-6 years of work experience, with at least 3-4 years of direct FP&A experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, and ERP tool (Oracle Fusion, Smartview/Essbase)
• A self-starter with the ability to act and operate independently, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with other members of the team and across the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
