Based in ITV's Sherman Oaks office, this role reports to the Director of Business and Legal Affairs. ITV Studios America is ITV Studios' LA-based independent scripted television operation in the U.S. The studio develops and produces scripted programming, based on original ideas or established IPs, for global exploitation across all platforms. The studio also has a growing portfolio of projects in development with multiple networks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, organize and update calendar, contacts, and appointments. Work with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate required meetings and conference calls
• Answer all incoming calls and relaying all messages back to executives
• Work with internal team to coordinate travel, both domestic and international
• Format, review, and redline legal documents/contracts
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports
• Drafting and edit business correspondences
• Maintain the department legal files and assist in the operations of the department
• In addition to the above responsibilities, other duties or special projects may be assigned from time to time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience supporting Business/Legal Affairs attorneys in a studio, network or entertainment law firm environment
• Must know basic terminology of the scripted entertainment industry
• Strong typing and computer skills; MAC proficient with solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and GMail
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and have excellent follow-through
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize and establish administrative procedures
• Ability to handle extremely confidential or sensitive information with ultimate discretion
• Ability to understand and abstract various legal documents and contracts
• Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented, and able to take initiative to work independently
