A FILM FESTIVAL in Beverly Hills is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven full-time, Assistant Coordinator.
The festival will screen more than 30 new exciting films and will introduce 20 filmmaker guests and countless special guests during its events and premiere screenings. This is a huge festival with lots of facets and we need the help of a sharp, Intelligent and self-motivated person!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Festival coordinators.
Prepare, process, track and file project paperwork.
Create paperwork as needed.
Assist in managing Potential Sponsors, Sponsors and vendors.
Assist in creating various packs.
Calls Potential sponsors, Sponsors, Event guests, vendors
Help Coordinators manage volunteers
Help Coordinators manage Theaters
Any other function which will help festival production, events and run.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:
3 years office administration
High level PC computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, ONE-DRIVE).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
We are looking for an individual with high energy, Positive ''Can do'' attitude and willingness to take and follow directions. Someone who can multi Task, work well under pressure and wants to be a team player. We are a small team which achieves great things together through commitment, dedication and hard work.
