Line Producer / Production Coordinator at Sundance Award Winning Interloper Films
We are seeking a motivated Line Producer to support with budgeting and coordination for a feature documentary currently in production on the Opioid crisis.
This is a non-union job - starting ASAP. The production office is in Pasadena, CA; however, there may be potential to work remote within the LA area for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a production manager or line producer in the documentary space and should be flexible, and possess the ability to multitask with a high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
He/she will be responsible for adjusting the budget, tracking actuals, and helping accountant with managing invoicing/accounting for the current project, as well as working with the producer to plan shoots and coordinate logistics.
The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a well respected Academy in a laid-back yet driven environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the budget (finalize, and track to actuals)
Help to manage invoicing/accounting for the current project
Help plan shoot and coordinate logistics (location scouting, ensuring compliance, engaging subjects, crewing up, equipment, locations, transportation)
Negotiate deals with vendors
Handle other miscellaneous duties, special events and projects assigned
Promote teamwork and work well with executives, staff, external associates and visitors at all levels.
