Account Executive/Sales Professional
The Mid Atlantic's premier creative media company is searching for a successful sales professional to secure a continuous pipeline of new script-to-screen, production, post production and digital media business. This position is responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and contributing to the long-term success of the company.
This position provides a unique opportunity to connect a variety of broadcast network, corporate, political, government, museum, association, and agency clients with full-spectrum, high-end media solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete full cycle sales from prospecting through closing
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients
• Grow current accounts by securing additional projects and selling additional services
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and activity metrics
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Four + years of demonstrated success meeting business developing goals
• Ability to sell the full-range of media solutions offered by IMG
• Ability to close sales shortly after employment and
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales goals
• Ability to translate client needs into formal proposals
• Excellent verbal, written, and in person communication skills, including outstanding listening skills
• Ability to conduct client tours at IMG and meet prospects and clients for offsite presentations
• Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with clients, staff, management and others
• Ability to plan, organize and manage work time and tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four + years Sales or Customer Services experience preferably media-related, minimally service-related
• Degree with in emphasis in Business, PR, Communications/Broadcasting or Media Management
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, Outlook, and internet research, etc.
• Must be able to learn IMG’s Facility Management Software
• Proficiency with Act! is preferred
• Familiarity with the media industry and the ability to sell value to potential clients
