Award winning InSync PLUS is currently accepting resumes for an AV Coordinator. We are a fully integrated creative advertising agency, that also specializes in trailers and TV spots for major studios, networks, and streaming giants.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Support the Producer / Music Supervisor/ Director of Post Production / Creative Leadership
• Asset & file management for each project
• Assist with ''odds & ends'' throughout a project: reaching out to studios for additional assets; coordinating shot lists, cue sheets, & motion graphics; researching pertinent project info
• Schedule meetings, appointments, voiceover sessions
• Manage client contacts
• Work across departments to help maintain the company website
• Awards show organization
• Ad hoc projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Knowledgeable in the AV Trailer landscape
• An understanding of the latest best practices, tools, and trends in movie trailers & TV spots
• Composed under pressure while accurately following direction
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Skilled at verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Organized self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail
• The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn post production, music supervision, & movie trailer production, with an intent to grow within the company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Introductory position
