Search for Executive Assistant to Head of Development jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Seeking Executive Assistant for Head of Development at production company/studio Insurrection Media, which has several shows headed into production this summer/fall, as well as multiple projects in development. Slate includes several unannounced projects for major buyers from big budget streaming platforms, to cable networks, as well as emerging platforms - with a growing development department that is focused on creating everything from television shows and features to short form digital series and podcasts. Job includes standard admin tasks - scheduling, phones, travel, expenses, etc., little to no personal tasks, and lots of opportunity for creative involvement. Need someone who is willing to go the extra mile and help us build company infrastructure as well as help manage our expanding slate of projects. Ideal candidate will be eager to join a small team at a rapidly growing company and work hard alongside us to grow our robust slate, manage interdepartmental communication and track on-going productions. Growth potential for the right candidate; knowledge of the industry and key players a must. Minimum 1-year experience at agency or equivalent desk.
