Job Summary:
12 month Fixed-Term contract, Maternity Cover
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be client-focused, proactive, collaborative, and emphasise communication and efficiency to execute in this highly detail-oriented role. This role also supports the studio's overall people and business agenda by undertaking specific HR projects as required.
What you'll do:
• Managing the visa application process, alongside immigration partners, ensuring processes and procedures comply with stringent Home Office rules and regulations, recommending changes as necessary.
• Acting as first point of contact for all transfers and international assignees or new hire situations following offer/deal brokered organising visas, engaging Global Mobility as required.

• Proven relevant HR experience, preferably within a creative or media industry environment.
• Demonstrates a positive, solution focussed mindset and approaches work with balanced enthusiasm and professionalism
• Builds strong rapport with employees and colleagues at all levels, fostering trusted and respectful relationships.
• Adapts to changing priorities with resilience and flexibility, maintaining clear communication to ensure realistic expectations.
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating responsible self-management without the need for constant supervision
• Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and verbal forms, encouraging open dialogue.
• Uses strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and offer a range of considered, evidence-based solutions.
Preferred:
• CIPD Level 5+ Human Resources Management preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms) beneficial
• Experience of Mac beneficial
• Knowledge of HR databases including SAP and Workday would be advantageous
The company operates hybrid working practices, which means employees are required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at Company premises, and occasionally from home.
