Imprint PR is looking to hire a dedicated and eager account coordinator to join our growing team! We are an established boutique entertainment public relation firm representing A List actors
Job duties to include:
-Coordinate all details for client press events (events, appearances, photo shoots, television and/or film press requirements, etc.)-
- Prioritize, manage and update multiple client press schedules in a timely manner.
- Handle booking the travel and transportation, coordinating with hair, makeup and stylists, scheduling interviews and meetings, etc.
Exercise professional judgment in handling all verbal and written interactions/communication.
-Create and maintain client press kits and track media coverage.
-Manage, screen and roll an extremely high volume of calls.
-Maintain and update calendar/contacts for VP along with additional administrative duties relating to VP's desk.
- Attend events, junket, shoots in support of client for experience and training - when approved
-Strong attention to detail is a must.
-Patience, flexibility and available for entertainment industry hours (nights/weekends).
Previous industry experience in the talent representation field required.
