Responsible for scheduling auditions, interviews, meetings with actors, casting, agents, publicists, attorneys, etc... Great opportunity for those individuals interested in pursuing a career in management, casting, agenting, producing, etc...

• iMovie audition tape editing and upload
• script coverage
• Coordinating with casting directors, agents, publicists, attorneys

Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a steady and upbeat personality, excellent verbal and written communication, cool under pressure, a passion for actors and the entertainment industry, as well as being thick-skinned, thorough, with salesmanship ability. Must have superb organizational skills and a meticulous nature. A-List client interaction, reading scripts, writing coverage, and helping with day-to-day office upkeep. Answering phones and keeping phone sheets, scheduling, and travel coordination.

Mac computer skills, Mac Mail, Outlook, Microsoft Office, ability to quickly learn entertainment software programs (prefer IN Entertainment experience, but will teach), Breakdowns, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, Casting.Com, iMovie, Canva, Zoom, Vimeo. Excellent phone manners, organizational skills, team player, multi-tasking, prefer college degree. Knowledge of TV & Film a must!

Prefer one year experience in the entertainment industry but willing to meet others who are highly motivated to learn. This is an entry-level position with great opportunity for a proactive and positive individual to grow within the company.
