illuminate Hollywood, a leading LA based Post Production Company is seeking a Post Production Account Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a professional self-motivated candidate, with superior work ethic and ability to work to strict delivery deadlines, with minimal direct supervision.
Position Description:
• Provide quality service to Clients. Communicate daily tracking and progress of projects via preferred channel of communication. Provide timely response to client inquires.
• Provide clear and concise work orders adhering to client technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Editorial, VFX, Audio, Color, DRS, QC and third-party vendors to assure that all content meets specifications and that any information and assets required have been turned over as needed.
• Interface with accounting to insure proper invoicing of client services.
Qualifications:
• Scheduling and project management experience in traditional video, audio - 4K/2K/HD/DS SDR/HDR and file-based workflows and delivery. Experience with subtitling and captioning a plus.
• Strong computer skills including scheduling programs, Adobe, MS Work, Outlook and Excel, Filmmaker Pro a plus
• Strong verbal & written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years post production Account Management experience with Digital formats and work flows and working with Major Studio clients, a must.
