Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a Wellness Associate who provides oversight of daily operations for Covid-19 prevention, wellness, and relief. In this role you will ensure consistent quality of care and services to employees, go over screening questions, take temperatures, track reports, hand out proper PPE, answer and redirect phone calls as needed. The Wellness Associate promotes the importance and benefits of accessing timely preventive and well care through employees, education, and outreach initiatives.
Essential Functions:
• Assist the Physical Operations and Human Resources team in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the office, it’s programs and Covid-19 activities
• Greet visitor at the front desk, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate staff members, Agents, Human Resources, and Physical Operations staff.
• Check and verify Vaccine Card and COVID-19 Rapid Tests
• Maintaining accurate employee wellness records
• Manages testing cycle, reentry spreadsheets and reports testing data
• Coordinates contact tracing and employee outreach in COVID-related matters and facilitates
• Assist employees in completing required paperwork
• Educate employees on wellness offerings and services
• Manage day to day operation and maintenance of Covid-19 protocols
• Manage Covid-19 phone calls
• Serves as a member of the COVID-19 Operations Team.
Required Education
and Qualification:
• Minimum one-year wellness experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Covid-19 assessment and prevention interventions
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written); outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines
• Previous ergonomic and/or Covid-19 health experience is a plus
