Assistant to Motion Picture Talent Agent
ICM Partners, a major talent and literary agency with offices in NYC, LA, and London, is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, and detail oriented Assistant to support one of their talent agents. This position is located in the Century City, Los Angeles office.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- Agency experience is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
- Organized and analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to make a one year commitment and start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Interfacing with clients and managers
- Schedule meetings, prepare expense reports and coordinate travel
- Provide script coverage and character breakdowns
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
- Be able to interact with various departments
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees
- Handle pressure in a professional manner
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly; use practical approaches
- Additional responsibilities as they occur with the expansion and development of the department
- Long hours are routine
