Job Description and Duties:
Commercials BTL Department:
•Confirming client payment entity
•Evaluating the shoot location vs client home location
•Confirming Start Paperwork was completed by Agent's office
•Coordinating payment instructions
•Notification to agents and clients when a payment arrives
•Collections
•Tracking if payments have arrived within 2 weeks of shoot date
•Troubleshooting why payments have not been made by the buyer
•Calculate and administer invoices to buyers/clients accordingly
•Assist agents and assistants in calculating OT for time cards for clients
•Client communication directly regarding changes, hours, OT, 6th and 7th Days
•Reviewing Aging Reports weekly to ensure collections are timely
Below-the-Line Department:
•Payment Tracking
•Make sure payments get facilitated for each Client upon starting a job
•Review all incoming client checks/payments for accuracy
•Review weekly collection status to ensure all clients are getting paid each week on time
•Proactively alert agents/assistants or clients or missing payments or problems with payments
•Handle special projects for CA Manager and agents and clients as needed
•Create custom reports, invoices or payment allocations and statements as needed
Qualifications:
•Experience in or a solid knowledge of Production Accounting
•Experience in or a solid knowledge of Entertainment Below-the-Line and/or Commercial production
•Bachelor's degree required
•Ability to multitask and prioritize
•Detail Oriented
•Experience in Excel and Outlook
•Strong Math skills
•Data Management Experience
•Customer Services skills or experience
•Effective written and oral communication skills
