Specializing in unscripted and reality television content, our Alternative Television team helped originate some of the most watched non-fiction series on TV. We represent production companies, producers, show runners, and talent of many of TV's top rated shows. These shows range from ''reality fare'' like the Real Housewives and The Kardashians to Netflix and ESPN documentaries.
This opportunity is for you if you are knowledgeable and passionate about Alternative TV content and can demonstrate a proven track record of being highly organized, detail-orientated, results driven and can function in a fast-paced team with a heavy volume of work. Support the Department Head by:
• Interfacing with high profile clients and C-level management with professionalism
• Managing heavy phone lines
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
• Demonstrating flexibility and strong organizational skills
• Preparing expense reports and producing correspondence
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of entertainment industry experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Must be diplomatic, professional and able to articulate clearly
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information discretely and with diplomacy
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Dependable and proactive.
• Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work unexpected overtime is required.
Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of one year Assistant experience.
