SUMMARY
Hulu’s Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking an University Recruiting Program Manager who will be an exceptional addition to the team. As an University Recruiting Program Manager, you will be running end to end university recruiting programs in support of our thriving organization as well as developing and implementing new programming to build a solid pipeline of talent. This role requires close work with internal and external partners. The right person for this role has hands-on experience in leading large scale programs in recruiting and great track record in building relationships with universities and career centers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design, build and execute strategic programming to build a world-class pipeline of talent through campus recruitment, university partnerships and career centers
• Launch and manage end to end university recruiting programs by seeking interns and new graduates interested in the entertainment and technology industries
• Lead a team of university recruiter(s) who serve as the main contact for interns from hiring to conversion
• Collaborate with business leaders and talent advisors to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement and execute the overall university recruiting strategy
• Communicate program strategy with the business to ensure alignment
• Foster relationships with students, university staff and faculty at targeted universities
• Develop scalable programs across the US by partnering with satellite offices on coordinating the program initiatives
• Handle program budget
• Use a data to design effective evaluations and measure program metrics closely
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience with university recruiting and campus program management
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Experience in designing, deploying and evaluating university recruitment programs successfully
• Self-starter comfortable leading through ambiguity to define clear roadmaps and processes
• Exceptional program, process and time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Creative problem solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles
• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and partners, including senior leaders
• Proven teammate with excellent presentation and communication skills
