SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent and Organization ('TAO') team is seeking a Talent Management Project Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our TAO team. As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and streamlining Talent Management's most impactful and complex programs and projects. The right person for this role has proven experience partnering directly with team members at all levels of an organization to influence and implement process improvements. If you are a skilled communicator, a resourceful problem solver, and a natural relationship builder, then this is a great role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Play a key role in the planning and execution of cross-functional projects including: performance management and compensation reviews, headcount planning and reforecasts, and organizational changes
• Keep stakeholders and project teams informed of project status and risks, while also earning and maintaining their trust and buy-in
• Regularly partner with Talent Management team members to understand their roles; develop insights on what challenges they face and strategize how to simplify and organize important processes and projects
• Partner effectively across other parts of TAO: Talent Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and HR Ops ensuring that they are appropriately informed and consulted on projects and programs that involve or impact their teams
• Drive continual improvement by identifying opportunities to rethink current practices and apply lessons learned
• Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and action items
• Manage internal and external resources to mitigate risks and ensure deadlines are met
WHAT TO BRING
• 3-5 years of project or program management experience
• BA or BS degree
• Proven track record with developing, implementing, and improving processes, programs, and projects
• Accountability, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience with HR systems: Workday, Wrike
• Familiarity with project charters and RACIs
• Management or HR Consulting experience
