SUMMARY
Hulu’s Marketing team is seeking a(n) Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Engagement and Retention team. As a(n) Senior Product Marketing Manager at Hulu, you will help to deepen engagement with our existing subscribers by understanding and prioritizing user needs, launching new products/features to market, and developing impactful marketing campaigns. The right person for this role will possess a robust consumer marketing background, an intimate knowledge of user journeys, and an analytical approach to problem solving. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with Research and Analytics teams to identify, analyze, and evangelize user and market-wide opportunities
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and product experiences; partner with (associate) PMM on campaign planning and program management
• Develop and execute ongoing marketing engagement campaigns and experiments for assigned features and experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing and other key partners to ensure the broader team is aligned toward a viewer-centric product experience
• Partner with analytics and finance teams to capture insights, build hypotheses, identify audiences, and unpack campaign performance
• Own the messaging and positioning approach for new and existing features within your area/s of focus
• Lead the channel-mix strategy and test plan for your campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing channels and agency partners to deliver campaign assets
WHAT TO BRING
• 6 - 8 years of consumer product marketing experience; familiar with engagement and retention marketing tactics
• Excellent communication skills; proven success leading high-performing cross-functional programs/projects/teams
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and processes
• Familiar with consumer research processes and methodologies
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial, creative, organized, and proactive
NICE-TO-HAVES
• MBA in marketing or strategy
• Familiarity with digital entertainment consumption trends
