SUMMARY
Hulu's Subscriber Growth team is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As a leader in lifecycle marketing at Hulu, you will support efforts to strengthen our relationship with customers throughout their lifecycle – driving high-value behaviors, helping reduce churn, and ultimately growing brand love. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, likes to think strategically, is intellectually curious, and thrives in an undefined environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the strategy of Hulu's SVOD engagement campaigns – developing testing plans, evaluating results, and producing reports.
• Lead and support the development of effective onboarding and cancel-prevention strategies across marketing and product channels.
• Conduct and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research to develop and define Hulu's SVOD engagement and retention playbook.
• Increase subscriber engagement and retention by driving viewership of high-value, strategically important content including Originals, Licensed Programming, Short-Form content, and other subscription drivers.
• Develop captivating marketing concepts in collaboration with Creative and Brand teams.
• Partner with the LIVE TV and Partner Lifecycle teams to share insights to elevate the experience for all subscribers.
WHAT TO BRING
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, product, or a related field.
• Experience in a mix of strategy and execution across multiple channels (e.g. display, email, social, etc.)
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very dynamic environment with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data, influence others, and build relationships.
• Passion for entertainment with a focus on television and movies.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing suite.
• Experience working in the TV, Film, or Subscription business space.
