Summary
Hulu’s Talent & Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Receptionist who will provide best-in-class guest and team member support at Hulu HQ location in Santa Monica. As the Receptionist for Hulu HQ you will be focused primarily on clerical duties and program assistance while responding appropriately to any inquiry as a central source of information. Additionally, you will sit alongside our Security Guard and together ensure a safe and secure environment. The right person for this role is detail oriented, possesses high judgment, and has a deep passion for creating an environment that is friendly, secure and properly represents the Hulu brand.
What you’ll do
• Delivers consistent high-quality customer service and support including but not limited to perform:
• Correct and courteous direction of phone calls
• Greet and assist guests including high-profile VIPs
• Assist Hulugans with inquiries: directions, parking, ID badges, etc.
• Execute candidate and new-hire procedures
• Practice basic security awareness and enforcement
• Administers workplace program offerings included but not limited to:
• Security badge creation and access control system user (familiarity with Lenel a plus)
• Scheduling and logistical planning of crisis management training
• Discount gift card program
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties including but not limited to signing for packages, generating reports, providing parking validation, etc.
• Assist with development and updates to security and reception policies and procedures.
• Provides support and coverage for Executive Assistant’s when needed.
What to bring
• 2 years of professional experience in a reception or similar role
• Highly organized and efficient
• Passion for customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
Nice-to-haves
• 2-4 year degree from an accredited college/university
• Visitor management and access control system experience
• Entertainment and tech industry experience
