SUMMARY
Hulu's in-house creative team is looking for a Project Producer to support our rapidly scaling B2B marketing and ad sales verticals. This role will partner with multiple internal Creative resources as well those within the larger marketing and sales org to support the development of and lead production of an array of collateral, campaigns, ad formats, and events that position Hulu as category leader in streaming TV for brands and advertisers. The project producer is integral to bringing all pieces together and is the core creative role between strategic business partners and visual design and video production. This position requires someone who has experience working within the creative production process from ideation through execution and can work comfortably at scale. A great candidate will be a self-starter, fanatically organized, detail-oriented and tenacious!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with the B2B marketing team to support the development of 360 campaigns and manage internal production of the associated video, digital, event, print collateral and other sales tools.
• Support core production of branded/co-branded digital and video based ad formats for Hulu's brand partners and advertisers.
• Work as one team by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Research and internal Creative resources (video producers, editors, art directors, designers, copywriters, developers, etc.) to craft high quality design, video and rich media materials at scale with a high degree of efficiency.
• Define project requirements, maintain project and master calendaring, and inter/intra department communication.
• Establish and build relationships across teams in an effort to improve communication and operational efficiency.
• Think big by proposing new materials and opportunities that extend the B2B brand, appeal to outside advertisers/brands, and employ new trends and technologies.
• Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
WHAT TO BRING
• Proven performance in a producer or similar role supporting marketing and/or sales. At least 4-6 years experience at a client or agency producing and/or project managing design, video and digital based marketing or advertising creative.
• Ability to develop and apply creative strategy through translation of strategic briefs into creative requirements and deliverables and then convey thoughts, feedback, and ideas clearly and effectively across teams.
• Understanding of the ad sales market, from pre-sale through execution, with an ability continuously improve processes and proactively identify strategic opportunities that start with the viewer.
• Proficiency in managing workload for designers, editors, and front end developers.
• Strong project management principles, including the ability to shine under pressure, making on-the-fly decisions to meet tight deadlines.
• Gracefully give and receive constructive and honest feedback on all creative projects.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment is essential.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• A critical eye in terms of aesthetics and how it aligns to strategy.
