SUMMARY
Hulu is building an in-house programmatic team that will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all biddable media campaigns. These campaigns support a variety of business initiatives with objectives ranging from brand awareness to subscriber acquisition. The successful candidates will have a passion for paid media, and experience running and scaling campaigns across major DSPs, YouTube, and social platforms. They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible approach to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage programmatic performance campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, optimization and reporting
• Execute and own campaigns running across various DSPs (Google, Verizon, TTD), social platforms, and YouTube
• Track, monitor and optimize campaign performance against critical metrics
• Develop a campaign QA process to ensure accurate performance tracking and attribution within the channel
• Monitor budget pacing across campaigns and manage budget reallocations
• Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance
• Partner with platforms and internal stakeholders to develop and report out on A/B tests and experiments
• Collaborate with broader subscriber acquisition team to holistically build strategy and plan campaigns
• Collaborate with the subscriber lifecycle team to identify and execute opportunities that will improve engagement and retention
• Plan and execute creative testing and work with team to compile wrap-up reporting
WHAT TO BRING
• 4-6 years managing programmatic campaigns
• Deep knowledge of & mastery of programmatic and digital media planning and buying
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion lift experimentation
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
• Understanding of acquisition strategy and direct response campaigns
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead all aspects of multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Entertainment industry experience, working in agency environment
• Experience with data management platforms and tag managers
