SUMMARY
Hulu's Marketing team is seeking a(n) Product Marketing Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Lifecycle and Engagement team. As a(n) Product Marketing Manager at Hulu, you will help to inform the product strategy by understanding and prioritizing user needs, developing go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption - and leading cross-functional teams to bring solutions and features to Hulu subscribers. The Product Marketing Manager will be accountable for maintaining the overall health of existing subscribers, including driving engagement and reducing churn. The right person for this role will draw upon a robust consumer marketing background, intimate knowledge of user experiences/segment journeys and analytical rigor to grow, engage and retain viewers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Adopt a viewer-centric approach to product planning by identifying, analyzing and prioritizing user/segment needs
• Intimately understand prioritized user-segments and subsegments - behaviors, wants, needs - as it relates to their Hulu experience
• Partner with analytics and finance to deliver detailed and comprehensive business requirement documentation that aims to resolve user pain points and maps to key and clear Hulu business objectives
• Partner with product managers and UX research to help validate features/solutions among prioritized user segments
• Own, create and maintain consumer-facing product messaging and value proposition guidelines – enabling consistency across all consumer-facing touch-points
• Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and tests. This includes informing the marketing strategy and creative direction, collaborating with channel partners to deliver creative, messaging and value-propositions and tracking, measuring and reporting on launch campaign performance and effectiveness
• Own the collection, analysis and actioning of reports that measures the effectiveness of features and solutions
• Enable ongoing connectivity between Product teams and other key stakeholders by unpacking roadmaps and aligning on the GTM calendar
WHAT TO BRING
• 3-5 years of consumer Product Marketing experience
• Excellent people skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and processes
• At least 2 years of experience delivering go-to-market plans
• Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI
• Entrepreneurial, creative, organized, self-motivated with attention to detail
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Familiarity with digital entertainment consumption trends
