SUMMARY
Hulu's TAO team is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager of Recruiting who will be an extraordinary addition to our Recruiting team. As a Manager of Recruiting at Hulu, you will help develop, drive, and execute on the recruiting strategies that support our recruiting organization. You will lead a small team of recruiting professionals. You will know how to lead, mentor, and guide recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle while also working closely with their leaders to drive premier recruiting practices and strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coach, mentor and develop a team to use data to influence hiring managers and partners.
• Have deep knowledge and experience of technical recruiting
• Develop a trusted relationship with the business that results in becoming a partner to them
• Use data and experience to design and execute recruiting strategies
• Handle day-to-day operations of FTE and contingent recruiting professionals, both local and outside of the Santa Monica HQ, including but not limited to, leading weekly one-on-one conversations, run productivity of recruitment efforts, while monitoring goals, workload and performance to metrics and data.
• Ability to lead their development and expectations
• Partner with the Recruiting Operations team to handle data accuracy around requisition progress and status
• Influence through strong relationships, expertise and data while connecting with a complex set of partners.
• Help be responsible for tactical changes in processes that will affect the recruiting team
• Roll up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in complex strategy discussions.
• Ensure recruiters are meeting expectations and metrics with a consultative approach using the available data based resources
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the functional areas under your responsibility
• Actively acquire comparable market information to inform recruiting strategy
WHAT TO BRING
• At least 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience handling challenging, Sr. level positions
• At least 4 years as part of an internal Talent Acquisition Team with direct people management experience
• Experience leading a high volume recruitment team and remote employees
• Consistent track record of developing and mentoring recruiting professionals at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge working with metrics, numbers, and trends
• Deep understanding of complex compensation plans
• Excellent written and verbal social skills
• Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
