SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our team. You will help ensure the success of the team through administering processes and programs, having face time with Hulugans, and building relationships across all parts of the business. The right person for this role has inherent enthusiasm and energy and wakes up each day looking forward to delivering a great Hulugan experience. If you are someone who loves to have your hands in a lot of projects at once and can keep it all organized, then this is a great role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support Hulu's Give Back and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including scheduling and executing programs and supporting Hulu's annual day of service
• Maintain Hulu's donation matching program
• Provide updates on Hulu's intranet portal, including drafting content and adding photos and events
• Handle logistics for the Santa Monica office's mentorship program
• Support our peer recognition program by providing assistance on presentations, editorial and logistics, as well as ongoing administration and analysis
• Maintain and research ways to enhance Hulu's recognition programs, including anniversaries recognition and new babies
• Conduct research and reporting around new systems, processes, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide administrative support on special projects, employee events and programs, including monthly companywide meetings, Coffee Talks and more
• Manage the purchasing for programs including identifying swag and equipment needs, vendors to provide services, completing PO's, routing contracts and preparing NDAs
• Gather data across systems, input into dashboards and create reports
• Support team editorial calendaring, including identifying key dates
• Administration as needed including mailing packages, ordering supplies, creating Purchase Orders, tracking budget, and more
WHAT TO BRING
• 1-2 years of professional experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role (or in a non-internal communications role with transferrable skills)
• Superior can-do, no-job-is-beneath-you attitude
• Competencies in Microsoft Office and Google suite, including presentation software
• Interest and passion around the employee experience and journey
• Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
• Solid verbal and communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Prior experience in technology and/or entertainment industry
• Working knowledge of Igloo and/or Mailchimp platforms
