SUMMARY
Hulu's Brand and Culture team is seeking a Director, Brand Marketing who will be an outstanding addition to our Marketing team. As a Director at Hulu, you will be responsible for the strategy to bring the brand vision to life, build familiarity with the brand and its products and services, and drive engagement. The right person for this role is passionate about building brands, is a great teammate, and inspiring leader with experience at some of the world's best brands. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Define the strategy for Brand campaigns and articulate the brand voice and tone throughout all work.
• Responsible for planning, production and execution of campaigns and programs. This includes but goes beyond traditional media as Hulu looks to build a deeper level of cultural relevance across numerous consumer touchpoints including but not limited to social, digital, OOH, experiential, TV, and audio.
• Lead our internal team and agency to ensure on time delivery of the work.
• Drive the teams forward across campaigns and partner on work through launch and sustain periods.
• Support and help define an entirely new engagement and relationship model with the agencies and external partners.
• Work with the Culture team to ensure strategic positioning aligns with culture and is executed across the work
• Work with Media subject matter experts to ensure delivery of outstanding communications plans
• Establish critical metrics for campaigns to track performance and input into ongoing campaign development and planning
• Continuously evaluate advertising work, teams, processes, and agency resources to ensure quality, timely and efficient delivery of campaigns.
WHAT TO BRING
• 10 years of brand marketing experience, including ad agency experience
• Strong leadership and management skills; known to work leading an all-star cross-functional team
• Background in strategic planning or brand strategy
• Detail oriented and organized
• A great problem solver with a great work ethic
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners
• Ability to react quickly to new information
• Passionate Hulu fan
