SUMMARY
Hulu’s B2B Marketing team supports our advertising business through brand development, strong positioning. and high-impact materials for the sales team. We are seeking a Director, B2B Marketing who will lead a high-performing team to build effective strategy, narrative and campaigns to breakthrough with advertisers in an ever-increasingly crowded marketplace.
The right person for this role is a dynamic thought-leader energized by ambitious ideas to help educate the market on the value Streaming TV offers and the category leadership that Hulu holds. If you are a hardworking individual with a desire to lead, learn, collaborate and grow, then this is an outstanding role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Collaborate with VP B2B Marketing and Sales Leads to identify key advertising initiative goals and objectives.
• Leverage market feedback & insights to develop the most effective narrative and positioning in the marketplace.
• Define GTM strategy and roadmap to most effectively seed the marketplace with Hulu’s core narrative
• Spearhead cross-functional teams around key Advertising tentpoles (Upfront, Advertising week, CES, etc.) to develop and execute holistic strategies for meeting key KPIs
• Develop, coach and lead a high-performing team of 3 marketers
WHAT TO BRING
• 10 years of B2B sales marketing experience with proven success in both strategy and execution of innovative, high-impact campaigns
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to consume data and draw insights that drive the business forward
• Track record of leading high-performing teams that deliver results while having fun
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or related field
• Cross functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence
• Top notch written, visual and verbal communication skills
